The Lake Howell Band Program is proud to have the opportunity to team up with the entertainment department at Disney to create a show designed specifically for their Very Merry Christmas Parties. The Lake Howell Holiday Band is provided their own costuming and props for this show. This ensemble performs 12 nights, plus the dress rehearsal over the course of the first three weeks of December. There is no other high school group that has this type of performance opportunity at the Magic Kingdom. Below is a typical itinerary for the Holiday Band.

Each member, before committing to this ensemble, must realize that many of these dates are on school nights. There will be no absentees from any practice or performance allowed for ANY reason. This is considered a semi-professional group and a great honor for the Lake Howell Band Program. The people in this ensemble will behave and conduct themselves as adults or will not be allowed to participate. A student will be dropped from the group if he/she compromises the integrity of this group or band program.
